Aeropress

  1. Grind 17g of Bean Brothers coffee to the texture of table salt.

  2. Rinse the paper filter with water to remove any papery taste.

  3. Invert the fully extended Aeropress and add the freshly ground coffee.

  4. Saturate the grounds with hot water up to level 3 for 1 minute.

  5. Use the Aeropress paddle to stir the coffee.

  6. Fill up to level 2 and screw on the black cap containing the rinsed filter.

  7. Turn the Aeropress the correct way up, slowly exerting a steady pressure and plunge the Aeropress until you hear a hissing sound.

  8. Aeropress coffee is pretty strong so dilute with water to taste.

  9. Enjoy your coffee in a Bean Brothers mug!


Tip for Hot Water

After the water has boiled, allow at least 30 seconds to pass before pouring the water onto your freshly ground coffee. An ideal temperature is 92.5°Celsius.
