Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48
Orders over £30 are shipped FREE of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 this will be charged at £4.90.
Shipping Trade
All non local trade deliveries are shipped via courier service. Local trade customers (West Yorkshire) usually orders are delivered up to two days after your order has been placed (depending on stock levels) by ourselves. There is no shipping charge for trade customers.
Subscriptions
Shipped (first Monday in each month - following month of order) as per order, please refer to the page of the product purchased.
Returns
Bean brothers under normal circumstances do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we are more than willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please email us via the Contact Us page within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and products we provide, and of course - we are always happy to help.
Merchandise
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of brewing equipment or apparel. If an item is defective or damaged during transit please email us via the Contact Us page within 5 days of the purchase date and we will reply with information on how your return/exchange will be processed. We do not accept returns on used items, items must be unopened and sealed in original packaging to qualify for a return/exchange.
