Filter / V60 Drip

  1. Use 17g of Bean Brothers coffee per 250ml water. Coffee should be ground to the texture of brown sugar.

  2. Rinse the paper filter in the V60 with hot water to remove any papery flavour and heat up the V60.

  3. Add the freshly ground Bean Brothers coffee and gently shake flat.

  4. Pour the water in concentric circles to soak all the grounds and allow to bloom for 30 seconds.

  5. Slowly pour the remaining water in concentric circles allowing a brew time of between 3 and 3.5 minutes.

  6. Enjoy your delicious, smooth cup of speciality coffee in one of our Bean Brothers mugs!


Tip for Hot Water

After the water has boiled, allow at least 30 seconds to pass before pouring the water onto your freshly ground coffee. An ideal temperature is 92.5°Celsius.
