Growing Coffee in Brazil
The Ipanema Estate has three world class coffee farms (fincas) in the South Minas Gerais region of Brazil where a large percentage of the land is reserved for environmental conservation and protected forest areas. Its infrastructure, located at two processing centres in Fazenda Capoeirinha and Fazenda Conquista, is an extraordinarily well-run and efficient farm using the latest agronomic technology.
